Terms and Conditions For Supply Of Virtual Services
1. Agreement
The following are the Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") which govern your access and use of our online platform through which coaching services may be provided. This website is owned and operated by Mystic Mentor (mystic.mentor@yahoo.com) located at 100 East Avenue, Johannesburg, South Africa. The Platform may be provided or be accessible via multiple websites such as Google Meet and TikTok or applications whether owned and/or operated by us or by third parties, including, without limitation, the website mystic-mentoring.com.
By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. You should read this Agreement carefully before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of this Agreement, you must not access the Platform.
When the terms "we", "us", "our" or similar are used in this Agreement, they refer to any company that owns and operates the Platform (the "Company").
2. Introduction
Welcome to Mystic Mentoring! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
3. One-on-One Transformation Coaching
3.1. Packages and Pricing

We offer a 4-session package at €200 (excluding tarot) or €300 (including tarot upon request).

An 8-session package is available at €400 (excluding tarot) or €600 (including tarot upon request).

Coaching packages can be customized based on individual client needs.
3.2. Delivery
-
Coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meet.

Clients will receive homework, tasks, and access to a Google folder where they can keep all their work.

All information shared during coaching is confidential between the coach and the client.

Clients must sign a Letter of Agreement before commencing coaching.
3.3. Payment

Payment must be completed prior to the first session via a payment link from Payoneer Global Inc, Wise, or Peach Payments.
3.4. Refund Policy
-
If sessions cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, they can be carried over to the following month, or a 'make-up' session can be scheduled within the same week. If the client chooses to discontinue, they are entitled to a refund for any remaining uncompleted sessions, but not for sessions that have already been completed.
3.5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The client and coach must inform each other a minimum of 2 hours prior to a session if they need to reschedule.
3.6. Client Entitlements

Communication: The client is entitled to contact Angie via WhatsApp text messages at any time and will receive a response within 8 hours due to time zone differences.

Materials: The client may keep all materials and exercises provided during the coaching sessions. Tarot readings are provided on request with separate coaching pricing.

Research: Angela is entitled to use the completed exercises for her research and syllabus creation, ensuring client confidentiality.
3.7. Commitment to Client’s Success

Angela is committed to tailoring her coaching methods to help the client reach their fullest potential. Recognizing that the coaching process varies for each individual, Angela will remain dedicated to the client's journey, adapting her methods as necessary to support the client's continuous progress and development.
3.8. Confidentiality

All information provided to the coach, Angela, will be kept private and confidential and will not be shared under any circumstances. Both parties agree to a non-disclosure agreement, ensuring that all material, information, and discussions remain between the coach and the client.
3.9. Termination of Contract
-
The client or coach may choose to terminate the contract at the end of the 30 days, prior to automatic renewal, by informing the other party before the last 2 sessions. If terminated early, the client is entitled to a refund for any remaining uncompleted sessions, but not for sessions that have already been completed.
4. Virtual Events and Workshops
4.1. Events and Pricing

Each event has specific dates and pricing depending on the activities.

Workshops are hosted via Discord by Mystic Mentor (Angie) and may include other collaborators.

Tickets are purchased via mystic-mentoring.com through paypal® or peachpayments® and are valid for the course of that specific dated event only.
4.2. Materials and Recordings

Customers are entitled to keep all materials and receive recordings of the events they purchase.

Recording of 1-1 activities by customers is also permitted.

Customers are not entitled to share recordings, materials, or personal access codes to the event with any third parties. If this occurs, they may be liable for legal action. Permission to share the above-mentioned materials must be granted by the creator of the event.
4.3. Refunds and Exchanges

Full refunds are available if the cancellation request is made up to 48 hours after purchase.

Partial refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Schedule changes for activities can be exchanged based on availability. If the chosen activity is full, customers can request an alternative available activity.

Exchanges of activities are allowed up to 48 hours after purchase at no additional charge.
5. Personal Services (e.g., 1-1 Tarot Readings, Spirit Guide Readings etc)
5.1 Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via mystic-mentoring.com, email, TikTok @mystic.mentor, or Instagram @mystic.mentoring.

After discussing the one-time service you wish to purchase, a scheduling link will be provided via Calendly.

Payment must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

Recording of paid one-time services are permitted if requested.
6. Paid Live Readings
6.1 Booking and Payment

Live readings on TikTok or other live streaming platforms such as youtube etc, can be purchased via PayPal® or peachpayments®on mystic-mentoring.com.

Readings are conducted live stream on TikTok and the price is determined during the live stream.
7. Payment Processing
7.1. Peach Payments

Transaction Processing: All payment transactions are processed through Peach Payments. We do not store any sensitive cardholder data on our servers. Peach Payments uses a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant vault to securely store card details and process transactions according to the highest security standards.

Security and Compliance: Peach Payments adheres to strict security measures to protect personal and payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Data Protection: Sensitive cardholder data is transmitted directly from your browser to Peach Payments' systems, ensuring that merchant staff and systems do not have access to complete card number details at any time.
7.2. PayPal

Payment Processing: Payments for our services can also be processed via PayPal. To ensure secure transactions, PayPal operates under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance standards. When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment gateway.

Data Security and Compliance: PayPal complies with the latest version of PCI-DSS Requirements. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by PayPal, and we do not store any payment details on our servers.

Information Requirements: To process payments through PayPal, we provide PayPal with necessary information to verify compliance with PCI-DSS Requirements. PayPal requires that merchants, such as ourselves, ensure that all data handling practices are compliant with their policies and applicable laws.

Chargebacks and Disputes: If a dispute or chargeback occurs, PayPal's resolution center will handle these issues according to their policies. We follow PayPal's guidelines for handling disputes and chargebacks.

User Responsibilities: You must provide accurate payment information and ensure you have sufficient funds or credit in your PayPal account. Transactions must be authorized through PayPal, and any issues related to payments should be directed to PayPal’s support.

Privacy and Data Protection: While PayPal handles your payment information securely, we also adhere to applicable data protection laws to safeguard your personal information.
7.3 General Payment Information

Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy as described in our Terms and Conditions. Requests for refunds should be submitted in accordance with our policy and processed through the respective payment gateway (Peach Payments or PayPal).

Policy Changes: We may update our payment processing policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

All content provided by Mystic Mentoring, including materials from workshops and coaching sessions, is protected by intellectual property laws and should not be reproduced or shared without permission.
10. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement if there is a breach of terms or non-payment.
11. Disclaimer

Coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment.
12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, technical issues, or any other extraordinary event or circumstance which could not have been anticipated or prevented (each a "Force Majeure Event"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible and take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event.
13. Changes to Terms

Mystic Mentoring reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
14. Limitation of Liability

Mystic Mentoring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
